Hey Ed Hardy, Let's Party

Two of my girls came with me to Vegas last week to attend the twice yearly fashion buying show held there. I have a love/hate relationship with the city. I been there so often for both clothing and shoes.

This trip marked the first time I brought along H and Y. Both long time associates and Vegas newbies. It was a great experience for them both. At the shows we got these cool tattoos and kitted ourselves out in all Christian Audigier/Ed Hardy wear. Which in tribute to our "look" we garnered more than our fair share of attention and the line, "Hey Ed Hardy, let's party!" Ah to be young again.

Sorry I haven't had a chance to update the blog recently. I've been to Asia and Las Vegas/LA in the past 2 weeks. I'm super tired but lots of posts to come!

Hello Kitty Back to School Bling

I've just come back from Asia on a buying trip. On a whim I picked up these fun back to school Hello Kitty items. They're bejewelled with Swarovski Crystals (with authenticity tags) and are genuine Hello Kitty products. Unfortunately I sold all these items in one day! The clock was actually supposed to be just for the store but the customer insisted we sell it to her. So I've just reordered and should have them in later this week.

Project Runway is Pinoy

The Project Runway franchise not unlike the Next Top Model shows are going everywhere. The Australian PR has already shown that the formula works down under. Well I stumbled across a version from the Philippines. Who knew!?!? Well fashion exists everywhere so why not?

Since doing my first posting on "how to spot a fake Ed Hardy Cap" back in February, I've received in excess of 500 requests to identify fake caps. How to spot a fake Ed Hardy cap

Before you click on the links, here's a few things you need to know before you email me about fakes:

1. I will only try to identify Ed Hardy or Christian Audigier hats. I won't bother trying to identify DEHD hats.
2. Don't bother asking about tops, bottoms or anything else that isn't a hat.
   
3. 90% of the possible fakes I see are typically from ebay. The auction site is filled with fake products. Some very hard to tell but most are outrageously fake.
   
4. When I identify something as fake or not fake, please remember this is just my opinion and should not be taken as an absolute definitive answer. There's only so much I can work with when I get a tiny picture to base my response on.
   
5. Ask nicely.
   

I will not watch America's Next Top Model Cycle 11

I will not watch the new season of America's Next Top Model. I will not watch. I will not watch. I will not watch... Who am I fooling? I'm gonna watch and hate/love every moment of it.

Season 4 of the Hills fast approaching

I really shouldn't be so excited about the new season of the Hills but I am. Airing August 18th the new season promises new guys (for everyone apparently... 'cept Lo), running mascara, Brody and Spencer/Heidi drama.



Even during this trailer I found myself getting mad. Lo being apathetic, Audrina still with Justin Bobby, Lauren thinking she's friends with Stephanie all were cringe inducing. Thankfully the angel that is Whitney is still sane.
